Team Building

Sailing is intrinsically tied to team building. Especially offshore sailing trips. On these adventures everyone on board MUST work as a cohesive unit to bring the boat from point A to point B. From navigating around obstacles, trimming the sails to wheel watches at night we are a team from the moment you step aboard. We are very often trusting our lives in each others hands and we count on each other in a way that is difficult to replicate in everyday life. All participants will take turns performing the various tasks on board and learning to trust and count on each other. Being offshore and away from any other distractions on land is a mental reset from the everyday and these trips most certainly promote team bonding and team dynamics to evolve and enhance the overall the effectiveness of your group.
